Information you need before completing your notices
Work through each section and gather everything listed before you start the notice wizard. Having these details ready means you can complete both notices in one session without stopping to look things up.

Section 1 — Your RTM company
- Full registered company name (must include “RTM Company Limited”)
- Registered office address
- Companies House registration number
- Names of all company directors
- Names of all company members
- Name of company secretary (if applicable)
Section 2 — Your building
- Full address of the building including postcode
- Total number of flats in the building
- Number of flats held by qualifying leaseholders
Section 3 — Your landlord
- Full name of the freeholder/landlord
- Landlord's address for service of notices
- Name and address of any managing agent (if one is appointed)
- Name of any other party to a lease of the whole or part of the premises
Section 4 — Each qualifying tenant member's lease details
- Full name of leaseholder
- Address of their flat
- Date the lease was originally entered into
- Original term of the lease (e.g. 99 years, 125 years)
- Date the lease term commenced
Section 5 — For the Notice Inviting Participation only
- Address where articles of association can be inspected
- Available inspection times (at least 2 hours on at least 3 days including a Saturday or Sunday within 7 days)
- Address from which a copy of the articles can be ordered
- Fee for ordering a copy (must not exceed reasonable copying cost)
- Decision: will the company appoint a managing agent? (yes/no)
- If yes: name and address of proposed managing agent, and whether they are the current managing agent
- If no: names and relevant qualifications/experience of members who will manage
Section 6 — For the Claim Notice only
- Counter-notice deadline date (must be at least one month after the date of the claim notice)
- Acquisition date (must be at least three months after the counter-notice deadline)
